Rebind directly to F13

LOUDMOUTH + Wispr Flow

Wispr Flow already listens for a hotkey to start and stop dictation. Point that hotkey at F13 and Loudmouth is your new push-to-talk.

  1. Open Wispr Flow's settings from the menu bar icon.
  2. Find the keyboard shortcut for “start dictation” / “push to talk.”
  3. Click the shortcut field, then stomp the pedal once. It should register as F13.
  4. Save. Stomp to talk, release to stop — no more holding a key down.
