UK only for this first drop — 2,000 numbered units. Dispatch timing will be confirmed closer to launch; pre-registering doesn't charge you anything, it just gets you a queue position. Every pedal ships tracked, and you get a number, not just an order confirmation.

Returns

You've got 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked — that's your legal right under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we'd honour it even if it wasn't. The pedal needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

If it arrives faulty, you're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund or replacement, and sorting that out is on us, not you.

How to return one

Email hello@goloudmouth.ai with your order number. We'll send a returns address and cover the label if it's faulty; if you've just changed your mind, return postage is on you.
